SPORTS CLUB

Welcome to the Sports Club Program at the Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice university. Sports Club offer a broad spectrum of activities for individuals and various interest groups on campus. Sports Club is a recognized SPUP Student Organization which focuses on the participation in the competitive sports. The Sports Club Program is part of the Department of Recreational Sports under the Division of Student Affairs. Each club is formed, developed, governed, and administered by the student membership of that particular club, while working with the Department of Recreational Sports for funding, recognition, and administration.

MISSION AND VALUE

We are committed to providing recreational programs, services, and facilities in order to promote health, wellness and sports activities that strengthen the University and local communities. We ensure to provide opportunities to enhance sporting quality from grass root, provide platform to identify and maximize ones’ capability in a such environment that strengthens them physically and mentally.

Presenting the Fourth Edition of the biggest Sports event of historical and cultural city Jodhpur, PRATISPARDHA 2017 spanning over five days,shall be a much-needed breather from the turmoil of academic’s life. GENERAL INFORMATION



1. The formal invitation of PRATISPARDHA, Inter University Sports event 2017 comprises of this information brochure, official invitation letter from the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor/registrar of SPUP Jodhpur, participants detail form and the contact details of members of the organizing SPUP Sports Club.
2. Your University/institute/college is requested to confirm its participation in PRATISPARDHA Inter University Sports event 2017 on or before 24 March, 2017.
3. Every contingent shall be allotted dedicated team liaisons. The contingent leader is required to coordinate with the liaisons on their arrival and throughout the course of the event.
4. Formal Registration of all participating teams will take place before the commencement of the opening Ceremony at the Registration Desk.
5. The Contingent Leader of every participating contingent shall receive a copy of the Payment Receipt, General Instructions, Rule and Regulations and Fixtures.
6. The opening Ceremony is scheduled to take place on the 27 March, 2017 at 8:00.p.m.
7. Event-wise registration is different from Participant/ College Registration. The event –wise registration amount shall be paid at the Registration Desk/online.
8. List of games/sports/events to be organized in PRATISPADHA 2017 are provided herein.
9. All participants must carry their University/Institute/ College ID Cards as the same will be required during registration.
